Steven Ogg is one of the main actors of Grand Theft Auto V, portraying the role of Trevor Philips.


Early LifeEdit

Ogg was born in 1973 in Calgary, Alberta. Ogg began his acting career in a film for the National Film Board of Canada, before working in various theater productions. Originally, Ogg had been focused on pursuing a career in the sports industry, but an injury prevented him from doing so.


After moving to New York City, Ogg began acting in many television series such as Law & Order and Third Watch. In addition, he did some theater work and voice acting.

After taking a break from acting to build a house, Ogg was cast in Rockstar Games' newest entry in the popular Grand Theft Auto series as one of the game's three protagonists, Trevor Philips. His character was critically acclaimed and he received numerous award nominations as a result. Ogg later reprised his role in the 2016 YouTube short film GTA VR.

In 2016, Ogg made his debut as Simon, a member of the Saviors, in the sixth season finale of AMC's The Walking Dead. He became a series regular in the seventh season. Ogg also had a role in the HBO series Westworld.

Some of Ogg's other works include He Never Died, Moondog Airwaves, Disgrace, Mail Order Bride, The Escort, and Better Call Saul.
